Orders

Please understand that during periods of high inquiries, there may be delays in processing and responding to your email. To ensure you receive our response, please also check your spam folder.
After completing your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
If you haven't received a confirmation, please contact us through our customer service at hi@root-atelier.com. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and ensure that you receive your order.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to add items to an already completed order.
If you'd like to order more items, please place a separate order. Also, feel free to contact our customer service at hi@root-atelier.com if you have any further questions.
If the item you desire is sold out, you have the option to click on the "Not in Stock" button below the purchase button and provide your email address or phone number. This way, you can join the waitlist for this item. If the item becomes available again, you will receive an automatic notification via email or SMS.
The invoice will be automatically sent in a separate email after shipping.
If you can't find the invoice, please send an email to our customer service (hi@root-atelier.com) so that we can provide you with your invoice.
The items you added to your shopping cart are not reserved.
If you wish to modify your order, please contact our customer support at hi@root-atelier.com.
However, we can only process changes to your order if the package has not yet been handed over to the shipping service provider.
Delivery
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping service provider's website, where you can track your order.
We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a faulty item.
We want to ensure you receive a flawless and high-quality product. Please send an email to our customer support at hi@root-atelier.com, including photos and a description of the damage, along with your order number. We will address your concern as quickly as possible.
Our shipping time is 3-4 business days.
We strive to meet shipping times, but in some cases, especially after collection drops, there may be delays.

Returns
You can cancel and return orders from Germany within 14 days of receipt.
If you want to exchange an item, you can return it and simply place a new order. In the case of warranty issues, we are happy to assist you. Please email us with pictures of the damage at hi@root-atelier.com.
Please note that we can only accept unused items in the original packaging. Make sure not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must show no signs of use.
Please do not send the product back to us without postage and uninsured! The customer bears the return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please request a return receipt and keep it safe to prove your return in case of loss.
If your product has defects or faults, we appreciate a note describing them as accurately as possible. Your return will be processed accordingly upon arrival at our logistics center.
Once we have processed your return and the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for your original order. The statutory processing time is up to 14 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. It is best to return your initial order and place a new one.
If your item is defective after the expiration of the 14-day return period, please contact our customer support at hi@root-atelier.com.
If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact our customer support via email. Include your order number and customer ID so that we can assist you promptly.

To determine your size, feel free to use our Size Guide, which can be found next to each item. Additionally, you'll find information on the size measurements of the models wearing the items, which can serve as a reference for you.
You can find the care instructions on the specific care label located in the seam of the garment.
