How does the return or exchange work, and what should I do in case of warranty issues?

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days to the above-mentioned address. If you want to exchange an item, you can return it and simply place a new order. We are also happy to assist with warranty or guarantee cases. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to: hi@root-atelier.com

Please note that we can only accept unused items in the original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must not show any signs of use.

Please do not send the product unfree and uninsured to us! The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please request a return receipt and keep it safe to prove your return in case of loss.

Our return instructions are included with your order. Here you will find all the information about the process.

If your product has defects or faults, we appreciate a note describing them as accurately as possible.

Upon arrival of your return at our logistics center, your return will be processed accordingly.

Please note that this process may take up to two weeks. For refunds of orders paid in advance, the amount will be credited to your bank account. For orders via Paypal, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Paypal account. For orders paid by direct debit and credit card, the payment will be instructed by the respective provider to the account you used. The duration of the refund is up to 10 days and cannot be influenced by us. If you encounter any issues, please contact us directly.

Information on Warranty and Guarantees

The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins with the handover of the goods. Damages resulting from natural wear and tear or improper use are excluded from the warranty.

No guarantees regarding the delivered goods or services are assumed beyond the statutory warranty provisions unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.

Special Notes

Your right of withdrawal according to our terms and conditions expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
